PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat cable to which terminal treatment can be easily applied with excellent electric characteristics kept. SOLUTION: Parallel loose wires 6 formed by arraying a plurality of thin wires 2 are formed between fusion bonding parts 3 located at optional parts of a pair-stranded cable 5 formed by alternately repeating the fusion bonding parts 3 formed by arraying in parallel and fusion-bonding the plurality of thin wires 2, and pair-stranded loose wires 4 formed by stranding in pair every pair of the plurality of thin wires 2.
