PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing mechanism of objective lens in which a vibration property is improved in all objective lens driving devices without greatly changing a shape of a component of the objective lens, lens holder, or the like, and also to provide an objective lens driving device, and an optical pickup device. SOLUTION: The objective lens 1 and the lens holder 2 are adhered and fixed by an adhesive 14 in a state in which a rubber sheet 13 of an annular type being almost the same shape as a flange part 1b of the objective lens 1 or a lens receiving part 2b of the lens holder 2 is arranged between the flange 1b and the lens receiving part 2b.
