PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and software for simulation for adaptation to various situations taking place in clinical sites. SOLUTION: A training apparatus for an extracorporeal circulation device is equipped with an input part for inputting operation information regarding blood circulation, a real-time numeral simulation part which calculates in real time simulation biological information including circulating movement of blood based upon the operation information, and a monitor part which presents the simulation biological information. The real-time numeral simulation part receives an event inputted by an instructor or a scenario selected out of a plurality of prepared scenarios and additionally takes it into consideration to calculate the simulation biological information in real time.
