PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scaffold plate and its manufacturing method capable of automatically welding a reinforcing member and expanded metal, and capable of firmly fixing the expanded metal to the reinforcing member, for preventing a fall accident by easily recognizing the side end of the long side in walking, by juxtaposing any scaffold plate on a straight line without being dislocated in the short side direction, when arranging the mutual scaffold plates in the long side direction. SOLUTION: The scaffold plate is composed of a rectangular tread plate 1, vertical frame 11 and 12 arranged on the long side of the tread plate 1, horizontal frames 13 and 14 arranged on the short side of the tread plate 1, and four fixing means 3 arranged in the four-corner vicinity of the tread plate 1. In the scaffold plate, the two fixing means 3 are arranged in any one vicinity of the horizontal frames 13 and 14, and are different in respective installation positions and a distance between the respective installation positions and the adjacent vertical frames 11 and 12. The two fixing means 3 are arranged in a diagonal position when looking at the tread plate 1 from a plane, and are the same in respective installation positions and a distance between the respective installation positions and the adjacent vertical frames 11 and 12.
