PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous underground wall construction method which is carried out by recycling slurry generated during construction of a continuous underground wall, to thereby eliminate waste, improve the workability of construction, and reduce an environmental load, and to provide a continuous underground construction apparatus. SOLUTION: According to the method, excavation of the ground is carried out at a location at which a soil cement wall 1 as an underground wall is constructed by an excavator 10, and lead excavation is carried out by injecting a stable liquid A. Then a chain cutter 32 is erected in the excavated location where the lead excavation is carried out, and while the cutter 32 is rotated and moved, a hardener is filled in excavated earth, to thereby form the soil cement wall 1. Further the slurry W generated by the lead excavation is recovered, and an earth component D is separated from the recovered slurry W, whereby classified slurry W1 which is separated liquid separated from the soil component D, and the soil component D, are individually recycled.
