PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively and efficiently restrain bond fracture, by improving an allowance degree in bond design. SOLUTION: A reinforcing bar 50 orthogonal to bar arrangement 22 in the extending direction of a beam member 20 in a RC structure, is arranged in the substantially the same length as a side surface width 11 of a column member 10 abutting on a beam member end surface 21 or in the length more than this length, in a slab material 30 supported by the beam member 20.
