POLYCRYSTAL THIN FILM, ITS PRODUCTION METHOD, AND OXIDE SUPERCONDUCTOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polycrystal thin film having excellent crystal orientation properties, to provide a method of producing the polycrystal thin film in a short period of time, and to provide an oxide superconductor having excellent critical current density by using the polycrystal thin film. SOLUTION: The polycrystal thin film 1 is composed of: a first polycrystal thin film 4 provided on a metallic base material 3; second polycrystal thin films 5 having a composition almost the same as that of the first polycrystal thin film 4; and third polycrystal thin films 6. The second polycrystal thin films 5 and the third polycrystal thin films 6 are alternately layered on the first polycrystal thin film 4 by two or more layers each. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
