PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supply and conveyance device capable of improving work efficiency in an assembling process of parts. SOLUTION: This supply and conveyance device is provided with a supply device 11 for supplying spring members 91 stored in a storage part 21 to a position P1 while aligning and sliding them in a predetermined direction on an aligning track 22 and a conveyance device 12 for conveying the supplied spring members 91 to a position P2 by sliding on a conveyance track 31. The conveyance device 12 is arranged by inclining for a horizontal face in such a way that an inclination angle in the direction of width on an upper face of the conveyance track 31 for the horizontal face and an inclination angle in the longitudinal direction of the spring member 91 in an assembled condition for a side plate of an upper case 71 become the same as or equal to an angle at the position P2. The supply device 11 is arranged by inclining for the horizontal face in such a way that an upper face of the aligning track 22 at the position P1 becomes flush with an upper face of the conveyance track 31 in the conveyance device 12.
