PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rail suspension device of simple structure capable of eliminating the tremor energy. SOLUTION: The rail suspension device comprises a first suspending member 5 with the top secured to the ceiling 16, a first supporting flat plate 3 coupled with the bottom of the first suspending member 5 for generating a horizontal support and equipped with a first fitting part 50, a second supporting flat plate 4 placed on the first supporting flat plate 3 for generating a horizontal support and equipped with a second fitting part 51 fitted slidably in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction with respect to the first fitting part 50, and a second suspending member 10 with its top coupled with the second supporting flat plate 4 and the bottom secured to the rail 2.
