PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact, lightweight, inexpensive and portable radar reflecting device which is afloat on water so as to reliably demonstrate the function as the reflecting device when the reflecting device is thrown or dropped into the sea or water, and has sophistication with excellent reflection function. SOLUTION: The portable radar reflecting device comprises a high-pressure gas cylinder unit, a gas releasing switch unit to release high-pressure gas pressurized in the high-pressure gas cylinder unit, a stay part which is inflated with high-pressure gas released by the gas releasing switch unit to form a hollow stay, and a reflecting unit which is disposed on a tip of the stay part, released by a releasing switch, inflated with the gas introduced through the stay part, and capable of reflecting radar wave.
