PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid jetting head which can protect a fixed substrate from a liquid such as ink by enhancing water-proof properties between a case head and a cover head, and to provide a liquid jetting apparatus having a liquid jetting head. SOLUTION: A cover case 311 has a recess part 371 for storing the fixed substrate, a cover side bonding part 371 which approaches or butts against the case head in the periphery of the recess part, and the like. The case head 310 has a case side bonding part 356 corresponding to the cover side bonding part 371. Each surface of the cover side bonding part and the case side bonding part is made a plane shape. A guide means 353a for arranging the cover side bonding part and the case side bonding part at opposite positions is set at the case head to project from the case head. A cover case entry guiding part 354a for guiding for the cover side bonding part to enter holding an angle to the case side bonding part is formed at the guide means in the liquid jetting head 300.
