PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mat for a foot warmer, permitting easily wiping off stain and hardly letting a liquid infiltrate into the padding of the mat. SOLUTION: The mat for the foot warmer comprises an outer cloth, padding and a liner. 30-100% of the outer cloth (the ratio in area) is a laminated body consisting of a polymer sheet and at least one material selected from a group consisting of woven fabric, knit fabric and non-woven fabric. A polymer sheet is disposed on the outer surface of the laminated body, or the laminated body consists of at least one fluorine coated material selected from the group consisting of woven fabric, kit fabric and non-woven fabric. 70-0% of the outer cloth (the ratio in area) and the liner consist of at least one material selected from the group consisting of woven fabric, kit fabric and non-woven fabric.
