PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform bagging of an article treated by indirect heating by suppressing or preventing crushing of the article treated by indirect heating, or generation of dust or the like. SOLUTION: The article treated by indirect heating is produced in a pyrolytic treatment facility. The article is cooled to a specified temperature in a reservoir tank 7, and is transferred and reclaimed via a gas transfer means 8 without using a transfer means operated by a mechanical driving force, such as a screw conveyor and a pipe conveyor. The reclaimed article is then sent from the gas transfer means 8 directly into a reclaiming bag 86 for bagging via a quantitative discharging means 86. The gas transfer means 8 comprises a gas transfer means body 81 composed of a hopper or the like, a compressor 82 which sucks a gas in the gas transfer means body 81 via a filter 81b arranged in the transfer means body 81, and a suction pipeline 83 which communicates with the transfer means body 81 and is equipped with a suction nozzle 83a on one end of the pipeline 83.
