The connector unit for flexible roof sealing sheets with nonrigid photovoltaic areal cells comprises at least one electric cable which is accommodated in a cutout in the sheet, is joined to an external contact surface of a photovoltaic cell by soldering or welding, and is covered by a casting compound filling the cutout. Independent claims are also included for a combined roof sealing and solar module installation, and a method for producing such an installation.
