<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture an optical power generation panel with a lens having high power generation efficiency by a simple and low-cost method. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the optical power generation panel comprises a process of temporarily holding many spherical optical power generation elements 11 on one face of a temporary holding sheet 21 with a space formed at each of elements, a resin liquid attaching process wherein the optical power generation elements 11 temporarily held on one face of the temporary holding sheet 21 are dipped in a resin liquid and then the sheet 21 is drawn up from inside the resin liquid to attach the resin liquid 24a on the surface of each optical power generation element 11, a resin curing process wherein the resin liquid 24a attached to the surface of each optical power generation element 11 is cured to form a resin-made lens 12 on the surface of each optical power generation element 11, an adhesive attaching process wherein an adhesive is attached to the surface of the lens 12 of each optical power generation element 11, and a bonding process wherein the temporary holding sheet 21 is shrunk laterally to bond the lenses 12 of the optical power generation elements 11 to form the optical power generation panel. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
