<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control unnecessary heat transfer from a heat seal blade to an article to be packed and a sealant layer effectively, and to prevent a temperature drop and temperature unevenness on the heat seal blade, and also to prevent stay of the article to be packed on the inner side of a packaging film while the heat seal blade is heated at a high temperature. <P>SOLUTION: In the heat seal blade 2 of the heat seal roll 3 which is fixed on each of a pair of rolls 1 arranged closely and in parallel to each other and driven to rotate in the reverse direction and which is extended in the axial line direction and the surface of which is an arc in the circumference direction and which pinches the packaging film to bond it by melting, the arc surface formed in a finely rugged coarse face 4 in the whole length. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
