<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holographic memory reproducing device, in which the wavelength of a reproducing laser beam agrees is made to match the wavelength of the laser beam for recording a hologram, when the information of the holographic recording medium is reproduced. <P>SOLUTION: In the holographic memory reproducing device 10, a temperature adjusting device 26 is attached to a semiconductor laser 12. In the holographic recording medium 16, the wavelength information of the laser beam when the recording is performed is recorded as a wavelength address hologram 28. When the information is reproduced, the temperature adjusting device 26 is controlled by a wavelength control device 24, according to the signal light from the wavelength address hologram 28, so that the oscillation peak wavelength of the semiconductor laser 12 matches the wavelength of the laser beam, when the recording is performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
