<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular emergency reporting system capable of reliably transmitting an emergency reporting signal to a base station if the emergency reporting signal must be transmitted when a collision occurs. <P>SOLUTION: A collision sensor 1a to detect a collision of a vehicle, an operation switch 3 which is permitted to operate when the collision is detected by the collision sensor 1a, and an emergency reporting system 4 to transmit the emergency reporting signal to a rescue center are provided. The emergency reporting system 4 transmits the emergency reporting signal to the rescue center when an emergency switch 3a of the operation switch 3 is closed.
