<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively realize a consulting business superior in convenience, without developing software for exclusive use. <P>SOLUTION: The consulting business is performed by selectively connecting to a collaboration system CSV, a video chat system VSV, an application sharing server PSV, etc. which are distributed, and utilizing their functions. Metadata are generated when information data generated or transmitted by each server during consulting business are distributedly recorded by using a recording function provided in this server, various pieces of information are recorded in association with each other on the basis of the metadata.
