PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply set a swing pattern which is an operation pattern of a swing louver. SOLUTION: A swing pattern is a time diagram of a change of a louver opening which determines the blow-out direction of air in every two or more swing louvers mounted in an instrument board in a cabin. The swing pattern for one swing period is easily set only by setting a reference count target value nk depending on the passage of time determining the point of inflection of operation and the louver opening target valueθk at the time at every point of inflection of operation.
