PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas blowing device capable of reversing a gas flowing direction without using a reversible fan. SOLUTION: This device comprises a first duct 21 having an opening part 23 opened to a predetermined site of a space part to which the air blown by a blowing fan 11 is blown; a second duct 22 having an opening part 24 opened to a second predetermined site of the space part; a sucking duct 14 and a discharging duct 16 of the blowing fan 11; and a passage switching device 18 for switching the connecting states of the first duct 21 and the second duct 22.
