PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing tool capable of being easily mounted and demounted to a fitting hole formed on a chassis, hardly dropped out by external force, but surely demounted. SOLUTION: A fitting part 20 formed on a holding part 10 for fastening and holding a cable is composed of a pair of fitting pieces 22 mounted on a tip of a post 21 projected from the holding part, and fitted to through holes 3 of the chassis 2, releasing pieces 24 connected with the fitting pieces 22, leg pieces 25, and a first stopper 26 and a second stopper 15 respectively mounted on the post 21 and the holding part 10 for controlling the rotating quantity of the holding part in the twisting direction to the fitting part 20. The interference of the post 21 and the fitting pieces 22, and that of the holding part 10 and the releasing pieces 24 can be prevented even when the holding part 10 is twisted and rotated, and a diameter of the fitting pieces 22 can be reduced by the releasing pieces 24, whereby the fixing tool can be demounted.
