MANUFACTURING METHOD OF MULTI-PITCH NUT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a multi-pitch nut for accurate processing of inclination of a slanting section and easy manufacturing with a decrease in the number of processes: the multi-pitch nut comprises a thread engaged with a multi-pitch screw where a section of a blunt lead angle and a section of acute lead angle alternately succeed while the thread of a screw makes one revolution along a spiral line, used for a feeder of a power sheet, etc. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method include a process in which a plate member 111 of a thickness equal to a pitch of a thread divided by an integer, a process for forming a thread with a tap 112 having a lead angle of the section with the acute lead angle with the laminated plate member 111, and a process for fixing the threaded plate members 111 at positions rotated by prescribed angles.
