PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe end corrosion protecting fitting with an inner face resin coating layer and a pipe end corrosion protecting core on a metal pipe joint, having superior chlorine water resistance, hot water resistance and low temperature impact resistance. SOLUTION: The pipe end corrosion protecting fitting comprises the resin coating layer provided on the inner face of the hollow metal pipe fitting and the pipe end corrosion protecting core provided inside the metal pipe fitting. The resin coating layer and the pipe end corrosion protecting core are each formed of a resin composition which contains (1) a polystylene resin (excluding a stylene elastomer and a crystalline polystylene) and a polyphenylene ether resin at a mass ratio of 90:10 to 35:65, (2) a polymethylmethacrylate graft polymer of 1-30 pts.mass in terms of a total 100 pts.mass of polystylene resin and the polyphenylene ether resin, (3) at least one of an elastomer and a rubber component of 1-50 pts.mass in terms thereof, and (4) a crystalline resin of 1-50 pts.mass in terms thereof.
