PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize moisture conditioning properties by constitution of coating with a resin and prevent collection of waterdrops even when an article containing moisture is packaged. SOLUTION: Waterproof paper 20 can be utilized for a package. In the waterproof paper, a resin layer 22 formed by coating on a paper substrate 21 is composed so as to contain a moisture conditioning agent composed of inorganic particles 22a and/or a water-absorbing resin 22b.
