PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game ball guide device in the game machine island which requires no wide mounting space for a reduction in the cost with a simple structure, improve the operability when closing the individual inflow paths with a stopper member and enables the use of the stopper member as well when closing or opening the inflow paths regardless of the shape thereof, only if designed to let the game balls flow in from the peripheral part of the inflow port. SOLUTION: The device is provided with the inflow paths 22, 23 and 24 which are so arranged as to let the game balls flow into the inflow port 31 opened almost at the central lower part of the game machine island 10 separately from both left and right sides and the rear side thereof and a stopper member 60 for stopping the inflow of the game balls into the inflow port 31 from the respective inflow paths 22, 23 and 24. The inflow paths 22 and 23 on both the left and right sides and the inflow path 24 on the rear side can be closed or opened at one time by the simple operation of putting the stopper member 60 into or out of the inflow port 31.
