PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the injury inside an eye by a support part by mounting an attitude control part of such a length allowing the control of attitude of the support part of an intraocular implant lens can be controlled at the distal end of an insertion cylinder of an insertion instrument for the intraocular implant lens. SOLUTION: The insertion instrument for of the intraocular implant lens is for inserting the deformable intraocular implant lens 1 into the eye through an inner lumen of the insertion cylinder 17 by deforming the lens in a smaller shape. The insertion instrument has the attitude control part 30 of such a length that the posture of the support part of the intraocular insertion lens 1 can be controlled till the base of one front side support part connected to an optical part 2 of the intraocular implant lens 1 reaches a cylinder end part at the distal end of the insertion cylinder, at the distal end 17a of the insertion cylinder 17.
