PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag for preserving sweets to be melted and softened at a relatively high temperature such as chocolates, candies and caramels in an excellent state in a shoulder type bag such as a tote bag. SOLUTION: The bag is composed of a bag main body part 1 and a pocket part A provided with an external entrance having an external fastener 4a of the bag main body part 1, and the pocket part A has a heat insulation property. The pocket A has the heat insulation property and is provided with an inner side entrance 6 having an internal fastener 6a so as to make take-in and take-out possible from the inner side of the bag main body part 1. Alternately the pocket part A is constituted of a housing bag part 2 and a heat insulation bag part 3, the housing bag part 2 is arranged inside the heat insulation bag part 3 and a cold insulating member 10 can be housed between the housing bag part 2 and the heat insulation bag part 3.
