The invention relates to peptides or proteins of the general formula (I) (SEQ ID NO: 1,2), wherein R1 and R2 are independently hydrogen, a saturated or unsaturated hydrocarbon group with 1-3, in particular up to 10 carbon atoms; Z1 is a histidine or proline group, Z2 is arginine, a peptide group or a protein group at the initial terminus, in particular with 2 to 30 amino acids and the salts thereof as well as, for example the amid, or material mixtures thereof and/or with at least one further material. These peptides or proteins (1) can be used for therapeutic and/or prophylactic applications in human and/or veterinary medicine.
