<p>In a flame-retardant resin coating of a flame-retardant base resin and a top coat of clear resin, the base resin contains a colored pigment and 2.5-50 wt.% melamine polyphosphate, melamine pyrophosphate and/or ammonium polyphosphate as flame-retardant additive with respect to the base resin, and the clear resin contains 0.5-2 wt.% sterically-hindered amine(s) with respect to the clear resin.</p> |
