FIELD: pipeline transport. ^ SUBSTANCE: device for nondestructive testing of pipelines comprises housing, testing instrument, turbine, safety mechanism, electric generator, and battery. The shafts of the turbine and electric generator are interconnected through the safety mechanism whose housing is made of a sleeve secured to the turbine shaft. The bushing of the safety mechanism is mounted in the sleeve and is secured to the shaft of the electric generator. The sleeve and bushing are axially aligned and interconnected through several driving friction disks connected with the sleeve and several driving friction disks connected with the bushing. The safety mechanism has spring, pressing disk, and weights arranged symmetrically with respect to the bushing and pivotally connected with their axles. ^ EFFECT: enhanced reliability. ^ 3 dwg |
