PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To positively perform winding shaft switching action between a pair of winding shafts regardless of whether a pressure sensitive adhesive tape is fitted to the winding shaft or not. SOLUTION: In case of switching between a pair of winding shaft, a pair of winding shafts are turned by a turret 12, and the new winding shaft moves onto a winding unit 3 side. A movable arm 4 is rotated counterclockwise, and a web 15 is moved onto the winding unit 3 side by the movable arm 4. The web 15 is then pressed to the winding shaft by a nip roller 8 of the movable arm 4, and the web 15 stops. The web 15 is then cut by a cutter 5. |
