PURPOSE: To reduce variation in performance of a motor by making a shape of a lead wire (pigtail) throughout the manufacturing process of the motor. CONSTITUTION: A lead wire 3 comprising a bundle of a plurality of conductors such as a stranded copper wire, etc., is connected to a brush 21, and has a hardened straight part 312 which is formed by a hardening treatment such as bonding using welding, solder and adhesive, by cauking using a bush 35, etc., in a neighborhood of the connection end between the lead wire 3 and the brush 21, particularly at an approximately central position of the rising part 31 of the lead wire from the brush 21. |
