<p>The method involves managing radio resources and corresponding processing resources by a controlling radio network controller (RNC). The processing resources are provided in node B. The node B signals a resource model representing its processing capacity, to the controller based on a spreading factor and flow of the allocated radio resources. The controller manages the processing resources based on the signaled resource model. An independent claim is also included for a mobile radio communication system.</p> |
