A lamp for projecting a beam of light comprises a housing 10, a supporting panel 12 inside the housing, a board 20 attached to the panel and multiple light sources (33, figure 4) attached to the board. A plate 40 carrying at least one lens 43 is disposed in front of the board in order to focus the light into a beam. Each of the light sources can be seated in a holder (31, figure 4) attached to the board, and the housing, board and lens plate may all be bolted together. A transparent screen 53 protects the lens plate and a cover 14 shields the housing. A camera (70, figure 1) may be mounted to the housing. Preferably the light sources are light emitting diodes. |
