FIELD: electric engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: fluctuation meter has master oscillator, power divider, modulator, adjustable delay line, calibrator, amplitude-phase and phase-amplitude receivers, subtracting cascade and indicator. Phase fluctuations created by high-frequency unit to be tested are separated from its amplitude fluctuations and noises of measurement equipment. Sensitivity of fluctuations meter to phase fluctuation created by the meter itself can be increased due to separation of phase fluctuations from fluctuations which have to be the result of conversion of frequency fluctuations of master oscillator. ^ EFFECT: improved sensitivity. ^ 1 dwg |
