<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unmanned contract system capable of improving operation efficiency. SOLUTION: When a customer terminal C(1) in an area center 100 receives an unconnectable message from a management terminal B in the center 100 or the management terminal B does not respond, a connection request is transmitted to a management terminal E in a previously registered area center 200 and a transaction is executed by using an idle center terminal in the center 200. Consequently the system can be allowed to flexibly correspond to dispersion in the number of customers without increasing the number of center terminals, so that its operation efficiency can be improved.</p> |
