<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for enabling a member to add money to his/her locked account with a cashless card to increase the balance of the locked account even in the case there is no money or no needed amount of money in the balance of the locked account on dates when horse races are held, i.e., Saturday and Sunday when the member betting through the Internet makes a betting request application from his/her member terminal in the present betting system as one of a service functions for a betting member via a telephone line. SOLUTION: A voting system is provided with a card payment subsystem, and a means for communicating a card payment signal from the member terminal through the Internet, updating a subscriber management file in the betting system and adding an amount inputted by using a card to the locked account.</p> |
