PURPOSE: A separator for a fuel cell, its preparation method and a fuel cell employing the separator are provided, to obtain a uniform and thin separator used to prepare the gas path having excellent gas impermeableness, electric conductivity, heat conductivity, mechanical strength and acid resistance and a high dimensional precision. CONSTITUTION: The separator comprises a graphite particle/non-carbon resin comprising graphite particle and a non-carbon resin in the ratio of 90:10 to 75:25. Optionally the separator comprises further conductive fine particle. Preferably the graphite particle has an average particle diameter of 55-65 micrometers; and comprises the graphite particle with an average diameter of 55-65 micrometers and the graphite particle with an average diameter less than 55 micrometers in the ratio of 100:0 to 50:50. The separator has a volume resistance of 0.03 ¥Ø·m and a thickness of 2 mm or less. |
