FIELD: materials handling facilities; ring belt-and-chain conveyors. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed ring conveyor contains flight, inner and outer closed in horizontal plane, load-carrying belt and traction chain connected by chains with sliding supports installed on guides and connected by cross strips, guide rollers supporting load-carrying belt, pull chain tensioner and intermediate drives. Sliding supports along each guide are connected in pairs by lengths of chains. Sliding supports on outer guide are connected by end branches with pull chain, and pull chain tensioner is provided with two rollers supporting pull chain from below, pressure roller being installed between two support rollers of pull chain. ^ EFFECT: improved reliability of conveyor, simplified design. ^ 8 dwg |
