The plug connector has connection contacts (2) connected to electrical conductors (12) and a contact carrier (1) accommodating the connection contacts with an opening per contact with two opening regions, into the larger of which the respective contact can be inserted and into whose relatively smaller opening region the connection contact can be turned in from the first opening region.
