The plug has a carrier plate (1) with apertures (11) for receiving contact prongs (2a,2b,2c) having mutually opposing stops (21,22) in longitudinal directions for force fitting engagement of the contact prongs with the carrier plate. An independent claim is also included for electrical power plug manufacturing method.
