The process involves enabling a folding action of a mobile unit when a value measured by a wind effect measuring sensor is greater than a wind effect threshold value. The mobile units are deployed when wind speed measured is lower than wind speed threshold value. Independent claims are also included for the following: (a) a learning process for controlling an installation (b) an installation comprising motorized devices.
