<p>The procedure for making an earth mound (21) on the ground (22) uses a mold (1), preferably of plastic, that is filled with soil and inverted. The mold is shaped to form a cavity (24) in the top of the mound and has a detachable inner portion (7) that is removed to expose the bottom of the cavity. After filling with soil the mold can be covered with a flat plate and inverted before the plate is withdrawn, and after the mold has been removed it can be replaced by a mound cover (14) which is left in place.</p> |
