The device has a floor board (1) joined on its front portion with a U-bolt (2) and supported on its rear portion by a double foot strap (11). The strap is connected to a stirrup leather (3) by a stirrup leather (5) and fixed at the back of the board at lateral points. A safety valve (10) permits disengagement of the strap. Two guide rails and two screws are provided for adjusting the length of the board.
