<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic equipment and a power generating device which need not require an optimum design of a fuel cell or the like for each type of equipment. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic equipment 100 is provided with a main body 1, a fuel container free in attachment and detachment to and from the main body 1, and a power generating module 20 free in attachment and detachment to and from the main body 1 for generating power. The power generating module 20 has a reaction device for making the fuel react and generate a product, a fuel cell producing electric energy by an electrochemical reaction of the product generated at the reaction device with oxygen, a detection drive part for sending the fuel from the fuel container 10 to the reaction device and sending air to the fuel cell, and a control part 4 for controlling the drive part integrally formed.
