<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric ceramic composition which can give a low-IR-defective ratio and high-permittivity laminated ceramic capacitor even when the capacitor is made from thin sheets. <P>SOLUTION: The dielectric ceramic composition contains a main component represented by the compositional formula: ääBa<SB>(1-x)</SB>Ca<SB>x</SB>}O}<SB>A</SB>äTi<SB>(1-y-z)</SB>Zr<SB>y</SB>Mg<SB>z</SB>}<SB>B</SB>O<SB>2</SB>and a subsidiary component composed of an oxide of Mn, an oxide of Y, an oxide of V, and an oxide of Si. In the compositional formula, A and B satisfy 0.995≤A/B≤1.020; x is in the range: 0.0001≤x≤0.07, desirably, 0.001≤x<0.05; y is in the range: 0.1≤y≤0.3; and z is in the range: 0.0005≤z≤0.01, desirably, 0.003≤z≤0.01. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
