PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biomass fuel supply system, capable of properly conducting management of generation quantity and quality of biomass fuel obtained from waste, and requested quantity and quality of biomass at destinations, so that generated biomass fuel can be effectively utilized. SOLUTION: Sewage sludge is solidified and carbonized by carbonizing devices 15 in a plurality of sewage treatment facilities 11a-11n to generate carbide. Based on characteristics of carbide generated by the carbonizing devices 15 in the respective sewage treatment facilities 11a-11n and characteristics of coal used on respective coal thermal power generating facilities 12a-12m, a fuel total management system 14 determines which of the sewage treatment facilities 11a-11n produces carbide that is suitable for multi-fuel combustion in each of coal thermal power generating facilities 12a-12m.
