PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly facilitate countermeasures in emergency when biometrics is performed. SOLUTION: A biometrics method to be executed by a computer comprises a first authentication step to execute user authentication by using the biological related data of a user and first collation data stored in a first data storage part for collation and made to correspond to the user, and to store the first authentication result being the result of the user authentication into a storage device, a second authentication step to execute the user authentication by using the biological related data of the user and second data for collation stored in a second data storage part for collation and made to correspond to the user, and to store the second authentication result being the result of the user authentication into the storage device, a judgement step to judge the intention of the user based on the first authentication result and the second authentication result stored in the storage device and a processing execution step to execute processing according to the judged intention of the user.
