PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IP phone, an IP phone authentication system and an IP phone terminal authentication method by which the operation of authentication is facilitated and authentication information is easily prevented from being leaked to the outside. SOLUTION: The IP phone A comprises an operator terminal 10 that is connected to a server 40 and includes VoIP software. An adapter 20 for storing an ID code or the like used as the authentication information of the server 40 is connected to the operator terminal 10. The adapter 20 comprises an external connection part 22 for being connected to the operator terminal 10, a storage part 24 for storing ID codes or the like and an arithmetic part 21 including a function for transmitting ID codes or the like to the operator terminal 10. The operator terminal 10 comprises an external device connection part 15 for being connected to the adapter 20, and a CPU 11 including a function for receiving an ID code or the like from the adapter 20 and transmitting the iD code or the like to the server 40.
